Get on with what lights you up.
Your admin, handled by chat. For solo owners and creators.
The admin still gets done.
You just read, approve and move on.
We set it up together in one 90-minute session.
£150 pilot · 1:1 on Zoom · set up on your real tasks
This site was built with Grok Bot, by chat.

If you could hire one person to make your life easier, cost no object, what would you have them do?
Maybe it's:
“Handle my day-to-day admin, emails and DMs, so I only see what needs me.”
“Look after a leak at the flat I rent out. Get quotes, line up the best one for my OK, check it's done, and keep me in the loop.”
Now, what if it wasn't one?
What if you had ten, each with its own job, working alone or as a team, and you ran it mostly from your phone?
That's possible now. In a session, we set up your first ones together, on your own accounts.
Sound familiar?
- By the time the admin's done, the day's gone.
- You've heard AI can help, but setting it up looks fiddly.
- You meant to make the video or write the post, and it's 6pm again.
Who it's for
Solo business owners, creators and coaches who want to stay out of the admin but still have their message and platform feel like theirs.
Not for: large corporate businesses with complicated setups. I don't know enough about those to advise.
What changed for me
I used to edit my own reels, type out emails, make website changes and chase insurance and holiday prices.
Now the only part I touch is a chat. I read a draft that already knows the context, and send it. I rarely deal with the site, the insurer or the agent myself.
I say a rule once, like "every link goes to my Start here page", and it remembers it.
I used to pay for a teleprompter app. Now I've got my own: I asked for one, and with a bit of back and forth it was built and installed on my Mac.
My inbox went from over 1,000 unread to clear, with folders and rules that help keep it that way.
My Mac and cloud drives are tidy too, Notes included, with duplicates and big files found.
It asked before every move.
All my property paperwork now lives in one folder.
When something comes up, one question searches my email and files and finds the small print.
It found a lease detail buried in an eight-year-old solicitor's email.
It checked my energy account to make sure I was on the right tariff.
It found I was carrying far too much credit, even allowing for winter.
I asked for some back, got a refund and a lower monthly payment.
Nothing goes out without my OK.
How I use it myself

"It writes the reply. I read it, then press Send."

"Over 1,000 unread to a clear inbox. I said yes to each step."

"I asked for a new price on my services page and a Book button. I saw a preview first, then said yes."

"Insurance quotes side by side, without me trawling the sites."

"Next month's posts, queued and waiting for my OK."

"One question, every inbox and drive searched, small print included."

"Too much credit on my energy account. Refund asked for, monthly payment cut."

"I needed a teleprompter. I asked for one, and it was built for my Mac."
"A small local manufacturing business found, within days, an £800 security premium they were paying for and not using."
"Six years after moving in, I was still getting post for the previous owners. Through a chat, I found out who to contact and had the complaint drafted and sent. After a few replies, the company admitted the mistake, confirmed it would stop, and offered £150 compensation."
What a session is
- One-off and 1:1, on a screen share.
- We look at where your time goes, then set Grok Bot up on your real tasks as we go.
- Before we finish, we book a 30-minute follow-up call for a week later, so you can bring any questions there. You're welcome to email me in between.
What you leave with
You leave with:
- your first real task working on your own accounts
- your rules, set and in place
- a one-page note of your prompts, your rules and what to ask next.
You also leave knowing how it works. After that, it's a case of asking. For example, you can:
- change your website by chat, and get help weighing up a cheaper platform
- have it scan your email and pick out what needs you, so you reply with a short message
- clear a crowded inbox, with folders and rules set up, checking each step with you
- ask one question and have it search your email and cloud files for the answer, small print included
- see what's working on your social media, and have a month of posts scheduled
- turn your own material into images and videos in your own brand
- ask for small apps for things you use every day, sometimes in place of a paid subscription.
About me
I'm Parm. I run my own small business this way, from emails and website changes to content and quotes. I started Freed Up to show other solo owners how.
How the session runs
About 90 minutes, 1:1 on Zoom, cameras on. We work on your real week, not examples.
Before we meet
Once you've booked, I'll send a quick email asking for a few things that eat your time. You'll also need an X Premium plan set up before the session.
- Your week0–10 min
"Tell me what ate your week." I share a short true story of my own, and we pick two or three real tasks to work on.
- A quick demo10–20 min
I show it working in a separate demo account with sample data: a request goes in, a draft comes back, and you approve it or change it.
- Hands-on20–70 min
You share one window and do the typing while I guide. The aim is one task fully working by the end.
- Your rules70–80 min
We set two or three standing rules, such as "nothing goes out without my OK".
- Wrap-up80–90 min
"What's the one thing you'll ask it for tomorrow?" We set that up together, then book your follow-up.
Your logins stay yours
You'll share one window and stay in control of your own logins throughout. I never see your passwords, codes or card details, and I never take control of your screen. Sessions aren't recorded.
Afterwards
A 30-minute follow-up call a week later, booked before we finish. In between, you can email me with any questions.
Price and booking
Pilot: £150 for about 90 minutes.
In return, I ask for honest feedback afterwards.
After the pilot, the price will be £350.
You'll need an X Premium plan (formerly SuperGrok) to use Grok Bot.
If you don't have it yet, please set it up before we meet.
Without it, we can't get your setup working in the session.
Get X Premium
You'll pay £150 when you book, and get a calendar invite with the Zoom link.
If you need to cancel or move your session, let me know at least 48 hours before and I'll give you a full refund or rebook you for free. Less notice? See Terms for your 14-day right.
FAQ
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can send a message, you can do this.
- What does Grok Bot cost?
- You'll need an X Premium plan (formerly SuperGrok). It's US$25 a month if you pay yearly, or US$30 a month if you pay monthly. You pay that to X, not to me. Prices are set by X and may change, so please check the current price on the plans page. You'll need it set up before we meet. Get X Premium
- Do I have to keep paying you?
- No. It's your setup, and you keep it. The only ongoing cost is your own X Premium plan.
- What if it doesn't help?
- Bring it to the follow-up call, and we'll work through it together. You can also email me before then.
- What about my data?
- You choose what Grok Bot can see, and nothing is sent or posted without your OK.
- Is there a follow-up?
- Yes. Before we finish, we book a 30-minute call for a week later, and you can email me with questions in between.
- Can I cancel or move my session?
- If you need to cancel or move your session, let me know at least 48 hours before and I'll give you a full refund or rebook you for free. Less notice? See Terms for your 14-day right.
